Who else ? Elsie comes back among somebody else 
A name , a person 
Where else ?elsewhere a place to her
What else ? nothing else ,that will be all 
A story i would like to hear by night , by day 
You try to catch the other 
You are afraid because not the same 
It is mispronounced when over 
But if called Elsie 
It will be like the red ball a child wants
